Mr Damodar Mundra
Mr Damodar Mundra with extensive experience of more than 3 decades has been spearheading the civil and criminal practice groups of the firm. He has been handling various complex cases with a pragmatic approach. His maximum years of practice have been enriched with the implementation of the latest case study and research. His approach to all his clients is in providing practical and legal solutions to all their cases with a human touch. Damodar Mundra is aware of his social responsibilities and is always ready to help under-privileged people safeguarding their constitutional rights. Damodar Mundra inspires his colleagues and staff in achieving legal practice of the highest moral order with a human touch. He was enrolled in Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1987 vide no. 289/87 after completing LLB from Gulbarga University and joined the office of the learned counsel Mr Rajeev Indani, Senior Advocate. Assisting him for 10 years, Damodar Mundra gained considerable experience in the handling of a variety of cases. Damodar Mundra started his private practice under the name of Damodar Mundra Associates advocates in the year 1997.
Dinesh K. Gilda
Dinesh K. Gilda has a vast experience in civil litigations at District Courts, Lower Courts and High Court of AP. He extensively handles matters related to RERA, DRT and also deals in consumer dispute matters before the National Commission at New Delhi. He was enrolled on the rolls of Bar Council of AP with the enrollment number 1711/92 joined the office of Mr Rajeev Indani, Advocate as a Junior, then got associated with the Firm
G. Venkatesh
G. Venkatesh is an expert in criminal law and extensively handles matters about FIR, trial, evidence, criminal writs, misappropriation of funds, dishonour of cheque, title verification and document registration across courts and tribunals. He was enrolled in the Bar Council of APwith enrollment number 730/04.
Mayur Mundra
Mayur brings innovative approach in the Firm by being extensively involved towards the technological front. He has been handling Arbitrations and Dispute settlements and is instrumental in assisting the Firm in matters about Intellectual Property. Having done his LLM in Corporate Laws, he manages corporate issues including winding up, commercial contracts, disputes settlements before NCLT for both public and private sector clients. He was enrolled in the Bar Council of AP with enrollment number AP 1542/13.
Shreya Mundra
Shreya Mundra is an Advocate with over eight years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution and legal advisory, with a practice spanning civil, commercial and regulatory matters. She regularly appears before the High Court for the State of Telangana, Commercial and Civil Courts, NCLT, DRT, Consumer Commissions and Arbitral Tribunals. Her principal areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, constitutional writs, banking and SARFAESI disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, arbitration, property disputes and intellectual property law. She independently handles complex matters from strategy and pleadings through hearings and final adjudication, and advises individuals, businesses and institutional clients on contentious and commercial issues. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights and a Diploma in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, and is an Empanelled Mediator with the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad. Her practice is distinguished by strategic advocacy, precise drafting and a practical, solution-oriented approach to complex legal disputes.
Divya Mundra
With 8+ years of practice, Divya Mundra is a trusted litigator at DMA Advocates, known for her client-centric approach and outcome-oriented advocacy. She represents clients before High Courts, Civil Courts, Tribunals, Family Courts and Arbitration Forums. Her core areas of expertise include Property Law, Contract Law, and Family Law, with extensive experience in handling complex matrimonial disputes and high-stakes negotiations. Divya’s practice is built on three pillars: clarity, commitment, and integrity. She holds a Certificate in Comparative Competition Law and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Telangana since 2018. At DMA Advocates, she focuses on providing strategic, solution-driven representation while ensuring clients navigate legal challenges with confidence.
Ridhi Ranka
Ridhi Ranka is an advocate with experience across corporate advisory, litigation and dispute resolution. A graduate of Symbiosis Law School, she commenced her practice in corporate and commercial law, while also specialising in Banking & Finance, commercial transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements. At DMA Advocates, Ridhi is engaged in a broad spectrum of disputes practice, with experience across the lifecycle of contentious matters—from legal research and strategy to pleadings, drafting, court appearances and arguments. Her practice involves working closely on matters from inception through resolution, with a focus on both legal strategy and effective execution. Ridhi brings to her practice a blend of transactional experience and contentious exposure, allowing her to approach disputes with a broader commercial perspective. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Corporate and Securities Law.
Duvvala Nithin
Advocate Duvvala Nithin is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and practical experience across multiple branches of law. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2022 and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Law in 2024. He commenced active legal practice in 2023. His areas of practice include matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Endowment-related disputes, cheque dishonour cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, and a wide spectrum of civil court matters. He has also gained considerable expertise in rendering well-reasoned legal opinions and conducting comprehensive title verification for individuals as well as institutional clients. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and client-focused approach, Advocate Duvvala Nithin is committed to providing effective and tailored legal solutions that address the specific needs of each case.
